Of course these measures do not include any of the facilities that cater to foreign tourists, medical guests and the Communist Party's high ranking members and their families, these measures apply only to the average Cubans, as has been the case for almost half a century, the commie goons will of course name the USA and the Western world as the main culprits for causing the Cuban tyranny to implement these measures. What else is new in the proletariats paradise? More of the same is right.
