I love how they use the term, "hand out" as if things on la "libreta" are given. If you have an item in your "libreta" it only means you are ALLOWED to buy it, it is not free.
Is that like Cuban citizens being grateful for being able to enter and exit Cuba without official government permission, should that "concession" or "privilege" ever be granted?
Is that like being grateful for not being imprisoned (or worse) for daring to say publicly that change is needed in Cuba?
Well, I suppose beggars can't be choosers, so to speak. Sad.
